Mindi Salas is a Professional Life Coach specializing in Executive, Small Business, and Transformation Coaching. She enjoys watching her clients grow and move through their goals with ease and grace. She is currently enrolled in the International Coach Academy (http://icoachacademy.com/) and is working toward her PCC certification at the International Coach Federation (http://internationalcoachfederation.com/ICF/).

Mindi has a strong belief that every individual has all of the answers inside of them already; it is just a matter of allowing the self to access them. As one client put it, “I learned that I abundantly have everything I need already inside of me, and I now trust that when I need them they will appear.”

Before moving into the Coaching profession, Mindi performed many roles in her 15 years at a major mutual fund processing company in Kansas City, Missouri. She worked in the Data Center and most of her roles required intensive goal identification and action plan creation/tracking. Mindi also served as the Data Center’s Disaster Recovery Manager and was instrumental in the plan creation and implementation of a second, 100,000-square foot data center.

Mindi also served 8 years in the United States Air Force in the Strategic War Planning Division and StratComm Headquarters’ Command Center at Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

She lives in Overland Park, KS, USA with her husband Dave, her two son’s Craig and Phillip, and a cavalcade of animals.

In addition to her Success Coaching KC practice, Mindi and Dave co-own Salon Platinum, LLC, an upscale studio rental salon for hair and skin care specialists (http://www.SalonPlatinumKC.com/). She is also working with her graphics designer Justin Lake Whedon (http://JustinWhedon.com) to develop a low-cost, assisted-implementation and support web design and hosting plan for single-practitioner small businesses (e.g., therapists, coaches, estheticians, stylists, massage therapists).
