
What is Coaching?
I believe every individual is creative, strong, and infinitely resourceful. This is the foundation of my coaching practice. You have all of the answers you need already. Coaching empowers you to access those answers.

Coaching is a modality used to help clients achieve their chosen goals and emphasizes the client’s strengths, values, goals and skills. The first step is to gain clarity on the client’s authentic self and therefore their true goals.
In the coaching process you move from good to phenomenal by increasing your self-confidence and solidifying the goals that are right for you. Additionally, depending which coaching package(s) you choose, together we will create an action plan for achieving your goals. Again, this is based on your values and beliefs. We will follow-up on your progress and if needed, brainstorm different solutions for achieving your goals.
In the coaching session we create a space for you to access your source. All judgment is suspended in the coaching space as we discover and observe the true self, mission and goals. The coaching space is also a place for you to “think out loud”, express doubts and concerns for reflection and re-framing, and, above all else, Celebrate!
What Coaching is not.

Coaching is not therapy which implies going from dysfunctional to functional.
Coaching is not consulting which implies I might have more knowledge about your life than you do. Consultants usually make recommendations or implement a service in a certain area of expertise, then they move on.
Coaching is not mentoring or training which again implies that I might have more knowledge about your life.
In the coaching relationship, you are the expert on you. My job is to provide a space for you to find the answers within you.
